The aim of MeGAI'06 is to popularize the applications of geometrical methods that many researchers cultivate, and to raise interest for applications among Italian geometers and topologists.

The meeting is intended for researchers using geometry in their applied work, although their main field is possibly algebra, combinatorics, analysis, physics, probability or anything else.

MeGAI'06 schedules three invited lectures of one hour and several contributed talks of 15 minutes.

There will be no conference proceedings but the presentations' files will be made available.

Participation is free, but registration is kindly requested.
